The beach at Sizewell is one of my favourite spots in that part of Suffolk as there is much to photograph.

This fence has appeared in previous photographs of mine of Sizewell nuclear power station. On this occasion I turned my back on the power station quite literally feeling that the fence had enough potential in its own right to make a good image. With the wind billowing the grasses and a brooding sky I had all the ingredients I needed for a strong black and white image.
