Despite the dark cloud that tends to sit permanently over the Black Cuillin mountains there was little other drama to help make a worthwhile image on this particular visit. However the sun did occasionally put in an appearance so I waited patiently for a burst of light to coincide with an interesting breaking wave. On this occasion it was timing that made up for the lack of favourable light.
